Cohort Insight Engine
Surface the non-obvious pattern across a cohort of client cases — the configuration that keeps repeating that nobody has named yet.
Use it for
Turning a stack of case notes into a named pattern you can use in client work and in writing.
The prompt
I'm going to give you 5-15 short case write-ups. Your job is to find the pattern I haven't named yet.
Rules:
1. Skip the obvious read. The first pattern you see is almost always the one I already know.
2. Look for configurations that repeat across at least 3 cases — same setup, same blowup point.
3. Name the pattern in concrete language. Not "communication issues" — something like "the third-month sponsor disengagement."
4. For each named pattern, tell me:
- The cases where it shows up
- The specific signal that flags it early
- The misdiagnosis I (or the client) is most likely to make
