The prompt

I am running a group coaching program and have collected profile data on my participants. I need two outputs per participant: (1) private coaching notes for me, and (2) a personalized profile insight summary to send each participant.

About my coaching program:
[DESCRIBE YOUR PROGRAM — e.g., career transition coaching for mid-career professionals, leadership development for first-time managers, business growth coaching for solo consultants]

Participant data:
[PASTE ASSESSMENT DATA — any combination of: personality assessments (Myers-Briggs, OCEAN/Big Five, DISC, etc.), proprietary assessments, intake interviews, free-text responses, or application answers. Include the participant's name or a label for each.]

For each participant, provide:

COACHING NOTES (for my eyes only):
1. Dominant patterns across all data — what themes appear consistently?
2. Potential blind spots or resistances to anticipate
3. Where they are most likely to struggle in this program
4. The coaching approach most likely to unlock them
5. Specific language or framings that will resonate with how they think

PARTICIPANT PROFILE INSIGHT (to send directly to them):
1. An opening sentence that makes them feel deeply seen — specific to their data, not generic
2. Their key strengths as revealed across the assessments
3. The central theme or through-line of their development journey
4. What becoming their fullest professional self looks like — in language that energizes, not just describes
5. A brief forward-looking note on what they'll gain from this program

Keep the participant-facing version upbeat, specific, and personalized enough that no two profiles feel interchangeable. Generic praise is worse than nothing.
